When you post a picture as ugly/bad as this you kind of have to explain. Last night I was fumbling through my coat pocket as I checked the theme for today. As I saw the word "Tri Colours" I pulled out this broken candy cane. Serendipity or something. I left it on the counter but someone threw it in the trash. Instead of finding something else I reached in with a paper towel and took a picture of it. Didn't load up pictures until now to discover how ugly it was and I don't have it in me to take another.
On the up side ... it fits the theme very well, and the shallow dof is quite fun.
